Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the property. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently. Maintain public areas by cleaning lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces with precision and care. Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning tasks when necessary to handle larger-scale or specialized cleaning projects. Report any maintenance issues or damages encountered during cleaning to management for prompt resolution. Adhere to safety procedures and use cleaning equipment responsibly to promote a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial services enhances your effectiveness in this role. Experience in hospitality environments demonstrates your ability to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining cleanliness standards. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices helps streamline operations and improve team efficiency. Prior janitorial or custodial experience across commercial or industrial settings provides a strong foundation for this position.
