Job Description

PART TIME POSITION
($13.50-$16) TJ's High Quality Cleaning Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Move-In / Move-Out House Cleaner to join our team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning and can work efficiently in vacant residential properties preparing them for new tenants or homeowners.
Responsibilities:
Deep clean vacant homes, apartments, and rental properties Dust all surfaces, baseboards, blinds, window sills, and ceiling fans Clean and sanitize kitchens, including countertops, sinks, cabinet fronts, appliances, and inside ovens/refrigerators (when required) Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, tubs/showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors Remove cobwebs and spot clean walls, doors, and trim Empty trash and remove debris left behind Report damages or maintenance concerns found during cleaning Follow company cleaning standards and checklists
Requirements:
Previous residential or professional cleaning experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Ability to lift 25-50 lbs, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team Positive attitude and professional appearance
