In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, cleaning hotel rooms , managing laundry services, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment that exceeds expectations and promotes a sense of well-being for residents or guests alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring surfaces are sanitized and spotless Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to keep surfaces pristine Handle sanitation tasks diligently, including waste disposal, disinfecting high-touch areas, and ensuring hygiene standards are met consistently Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally Assist with housekeeping management duties such as inventory control, supply replenishment, and scheduling cleaning routines Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning products to promote a healthy environment Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation standards, and carpet or upholstery cleaning methods Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry operations and managing household or hotel supplies is preferred Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning chemicals; certification in housecleaning management is a plus Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not required Join us to deliver exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
