Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained. Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel or facility policies. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional service to guests while maintaining a professional demeanor. Skills Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices. Experience in floor care techniques and equipment operation. Background in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred but not required. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace consistently. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and custodial responsibilities is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
