Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our motel rooms and grounds are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, managing laundry, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of the rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve a pristine appearance Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disinfecting bathrooms and common areas Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and proper cleaning techniques Ability to perform floor care tasks effectively across various surfaces including carpets and hard floors Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry operations and handling delicate fabrics or specialized linens Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or hospitality industry experience is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently Join us in creating clean, comfortable environments where guests feel valued and cared for!
