Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and applying industrial cleaning methods to ensure safety and appearance standards are met Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure smooth daily operations Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to uphold health regulations and prevent contamination Assist with special cleaning projects, including deep cleans, carpet shampooing, or window washing as needed Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution Support the overall cleanliness of the facility by adhering to janitorial procedures and hospitality standards Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial environments Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Excellent time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as required Previous hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality industry standards is highly desirable Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
