Job Purpose The purpose of the houseman is to assure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guest expectation for product cleanliness. The Guest houseman must ensure guest satisfaction through upkeep cleanliness of the hotel and attention to our guests needs exceeding guest expectations. What are we looking for? As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Assist room attendants by Stripping and Staging guest rooms Assist with the upkeep and the cleanliness of the building Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed Stock, and maintain employee Landings Dispose of trash and recyclables Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner We are looking for team members to deliver exceptional service to every guest every time Hospitality

Properly uses all cleaning fluids and supplies and machines. Properly places guest amenities, e.g., toilet paper, tissues, guest service directories Perform and complete any special projects or reasonable requests assigned by management. Knows and actively practices the hotels' emergency procedures and loss prevention guidelines. Transports trash and waste to disposal area. Perform all duties in a safe manner and monitor those actions of others.
