Live-in Motel Staff

We are looking for reliable, motivated live-in motel staff to help operate an independent motel in Kadoka, South Dakota. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants stable housing, flexible work, and the ability to grow into a larger management role over time. We are currently hiring for two possible roles depending on experience and availability: Live-In Motel Manager Responsibilities may include: Guest check-ins and customer service Answering phones and assisting guests Handling basic day-to-day motel operations Being available for occasional on-call guest needs Monitoring the property and helping maintain a positive guest experience Coordinating housekeeping and daily operations Light maintenance or problem-solving is a plus Compensation includes: Housing provided Weekly base pay Performance bonuses Opportunity for net profit sharing on the property Opportunity for increased pay and responsibility as operations grow This role is ideal for someone responsible, self-motivated, and comfortable living on-site. Live-In Housekeeping Staff Responsibilities may include: Assisting with cleaning guest rooms Laundry and light housekeeping tasks Helping maintain cleanliness of common areas Expected workload is generally up to approximately 3 hours per day depending on occupancy.

If things go well, there may be opportunities to: Help staff or oversee the second location Move into a larger management role Receive additional bonuses and compensation increases We are looking for dependable people with good attitudes who are comfortable working independently and helping create a better experience for guests. Hospitality, housekeeping, motel, hotel, bartending, customer service, maintenance, or management experience is helpful but not required for the right person.

Pay:

$8.00 - $15.00 per hour
