Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and supplies to meet guest needs and expectations Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest comfort Adhere to all company policies regarding sanitation standards, security procedures, and confidentiality Assist with additional janitorial tasks or special cleaning projects as needed to support overall facility upkeep Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, and buffing for various flooring types Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies used in large-scale cleaning operations Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service and teamwork Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks Join us in creating memorable experiences through exceptional cleanliness!
