Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests. Provide friendly customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Handle janitorial tasks including restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment for optimal performance. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, coordinating schedules and ensuring consistent quality across all cleaning services. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation practices. Skills in cooking are a plus for roles involving meal preparation or assisting with hospitality services. Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment such as carpet cleaners and floor buffers. Ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards in busy environments. Knowledge of janitorial procedures including proper use of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols. Previous housekeeping management experience is advantageous for supervisory roles; however, motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
