Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and applying protective finishes to ensure floors are pristine and well-maintained. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and courteously. Execute detailed sanitation procedures for bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote health and safety. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment to remove stains and dirt buildup effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning methods. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Familiarity with laundry procedures and equipment operation. Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment handling.
