Airbnb Cleaning Specialist (Flexible Schedule)

Role:

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team . This role is perfect for someone who wants extra income but may have prior commitments. You will primarily handle Airbnb turnovers and short-term rental cleanings.

How It Works:

Work 2 days per week with the option to take on more projects if desired Work availability will vary week by week We will send out open projects, and you can claim the ones you want based on your availability Projects are available during daytime hours , 7 days a week Locations vary throughout the Black Hills , including: Spearfish Deadwood Sturgis Rapid City Custer Hermosa and surrounding areas

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, self-motivated individuals Strong attention to detail (Airbnb cleanings require a high standard!) Ability to work independently Own transportation to travel between locations Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required—we can train the right person

Responsibilities:

Clean and reset Airbnb/short-term rental units Change linens, restock supplies, and prepare properties for the next guest Follow checklists and maintain quality standards Communicate when projects are completed
