Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in meticulous cleaning and possess strong housekeeping management skills. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, guests, and staff. A commitment to exceptional customer service is paramount. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident's rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high cleanliness standards. Conduct thorough floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing all areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Respond promptly to residents' requests for additional services or items. Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team. Assist with special projects or deep cleaning initiatives as needed. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards residents and colleagues. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
