Tru by Hilton in Alcoa, TN is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. If you take pride in your work and enjoy staying active, this could be a great fit.

Schedule:

Flexible scheduling required, including weekends and holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas Ensure rooms are properly stocked and ready for guest arrival Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns Maintain cleanliness of hallways, storage areas, and common spaces Follow all hotel safety and cleanliness protocols

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required (we are willing to train) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Dependable and able to work independently Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight (linens, carts, etc.)
