Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our environment remains clean, comfortable, and welcoming. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across residential or commercial spaces, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a positive experience for all visitors and residents. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and enthusiasm will contribute to a pristine environment that promotes well-being and satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms,making Beds common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are spotless and safe. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and courteously. Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent the spread of germs and maintain hygiene standards in all areas. Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing. Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleaning carpets or upholstery to enhance overall cleanliness. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques. Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry is a plus. Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment and methods.
