Housekeeping/Laundry

Performs Housekeeping responsibilities and tasks including but not limited to: Knowledge of all brand or hotel standards Cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms

• Deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Dusting and vacuuming Towel and Linen service Completion of missing linen reports Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times Track and monitor clean room reports Proper positioning and maintenance of Housekeeper carts and stock Furniture and design inspection Trash disposal Follows all safety rules and reports all safety concerns timely
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Perform guest turn down service as needed Understand and abide by all company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be able to use stairs, bend, squat, stand or walk for extended periods that may exceed 8 hours Ability to lift up to 30 pounds intermittently throughout the course of a normal work day Skills & Attributes - Desired Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent dependability and punctuality a must Positive attitude and teamwork Experience in hospitality preferred but not required
