Your energy and attention to detail will ensure that every guest experiences the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience while developing your skills in hospitality and custodial services. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to maintain impeccable standards. Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to keep all surfaces spotless and safe. Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction. Conduct routine inspections of rooms to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and service corridors to uphold overall hotel hygiene standards. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed, including industrial cleaning tasks when required. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices. Prior hotel or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and guest service.
