This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new hotel and help create an exceptional guest experience from day one. We are looking for team members who take pride in cleanliness, hospitality, and teamwork. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities Clean bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, lobby areas, and public spaces Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Ensure rooms are guest-ready and inspected on time Follow hotel safety and sanitation procedures Provide friendly and professional guest interactions when needed Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments, including janitorial or custodial roles. Knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Strong skills in sanitation practices and attention to detail in cleanliness standards. Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Prior hotel housekeeping or housekeeping management experience is a plus. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
