As a Housekeeper, you'll be at the heart of ensuring every space is pristine, organized, and inviting, contributing to a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with attention to detail Maintain floor care by using appropriate equipment for carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, or tile maintenance to uphold quality standards Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns professionally Uphold sanitation protocols by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly to promote health and safety Assist with janitorial tasks such as waste removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning tools are well-maintained Support housekeeping management by following schedules, documenting completed tasks, and reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and janitorial equipment enhances your effectiveness in this role Hands-on experience with carpet cleaning machines and floor care products is a plus Strong background in laundry operations and sanitation practices ensures high-quality results Customer service experience helps you deliver friendly assistance and foster positive relationships with residents or guests Previous custodial or hotel housekeeping management experience is beneficial for leadership opportunities within the team Join us to bring energy and excellence into every space you touch!
