Responsibilities:

Lead a professional cleaning team on the jobsite to ensure the clean is completed efficiently and effectively while keeping the team organized and on task throughout the day Dynamic problem solving when issues arise on the job site and making decisions on the spot to keep the job moving Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure our services exceed expectations while communicating clearly if questions come up Mentor, train, and provide feedback to team members to ensure that they are meeting and exceeding expectations Work hand in hand with the Assistant Operations Manager and General Manager to ensure processes are relevant and teams have everything they need, knowing when something needs to be escalated to management Perform cleaning duties alongside team members to meet predetermined cleaning specifications Our Team Leaders play a vital role in Maid in America and we understand the type of person who is great at accomplishing the responsibilities above.
