Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning tasks and maintenance duties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas including restrooms, common areas, and offices
• Handle floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing floors
• Conduct commercial and residential painting tasks as needed
• Assist with porter and custodial responsibilities
• Execute industrial cleaning tasks in accordance with safety protocols
• Support facilities maintenance activities to ensure a safe and clean environment

Experience:

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance
• Familiarity with buffing techniques for floor care
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices
• Ability to maintain cleanliness in various settings
