Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent guest service. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards. Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities. Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, showers, and tubs. Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures. Empty trash and replenish supplies in guest rooms and public areas. Report maintenance concerns, damaged property, and safety hazards promptly. Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment in an organized manner. Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within established timeframes. Respond courteously to guest requests and communicate effectively with team members. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
