Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our residential or commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service. The Housekeeping position is essential in upholding high standards of sanitation and customer satisfaction across various settings. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a safe environment for residents or guests. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for ongoing needs. Assist with basic cooking or meal preparation tasks when required to support overall household or facility operations. Manage custodial tasks including waste disposal, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, and maintaining storage areas in an organized manner. Collaborate with team members or management to coordinate cleaning schedules and address specific client requests or special occasions. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with familiarity in janitorial practices. Knowledge of floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods. Experience with laundry operations and basic cooking skills is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
