Duties Perform thorough cleaning of condos, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces by executing routine janitorial tasks Care for floors through proper techniques like sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to preserve their appearance and safety Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disinfecting high-touch surfaces and adhering to health regulations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning.
