The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an understanding of the importance of cleanliness in the hotel environment. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management by restocking cleaning supplies as necessary. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial best practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
