Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency. Maintain cleanliness of kitchens by cleaning appliances, counters, sinks, and ensuring proper sanitation protocols are followed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Conduct detailed floor care including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and performing routine custodial tasks to uphold safety standards. Manage residential or hotel cleaning schedules efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning roles such as residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning products and equipment. Skills in laundry management and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning are preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards residents or guests.
