Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor patios. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Manage household chores efficiently by organizing supplies, restocking essentials, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' needs promptly and professionally while respecting their privacy. Maintain high standards of cleanliness through janitorial practices and custodial experience, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and clutter-free. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable. Strong skills in cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and general housekeeping procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with janitorial equipment, cleaning supplies, and safety protocols.
