Job Duties Cleaning Technician Perform residential cleaning including routine and deep cleaning Complete commercial cleaning and office cleaning assignments Execute post construction cleaning and final cleans Clean kitchens bathrooms floors windows furniture and fixtures Follow structured cleaning systems and checklists Maintain equipment supplies and job site organization Communicate professionally with team members and clients Respect and protect all client property Required Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor including lifting bending standing and moving throughout the day Strong attention to detail and quality control Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Professional attitude and ability to work independently and on a team Ability to follow systems and processes Preferred Experience Residential cleaning housekeeping or maid service Commercial cleaning or janitorial work Post construction cleaning Hotel or hospitality cleaning No experience required.
