Vacation House Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team for our summer cleanings. This position is for part time, temporary or as needed through the summer months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of vacation homes, residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills in cleaning and customer service are valued. Candidate must work with another cleaner and be flexible, dependable and able to work last minute if needed. Weekends are a must. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vacation homes, residential homes and other including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Hot tub cleaning, will train if needed. Grill cleaning Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and other janitorial tasks Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, including kitchens and bathrooms Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' preferences and addressing any special requests Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but will train if necessary Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods Experience with carpet cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or with another cleaner while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to meet appointment deadlines Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are preferred for travel between client locations Drug free and willing to take a drug test if asked be at least 18 background check Must work weekends Join our team to provide exceptional cleaning services that enhance the comfort and cleanliness of our clients' homes and businesses.
