They must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times. The Houseman should provide friendly and attentive service, demonstrating care and a willingness to listen and respond to guests' needs and inquiries. They are expected to immediately acknowledge guests by making eye contact, greeting them respectfully, and maintaining courteous and professional communication throughout every interaction.
