In this role, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness across Airbnb homes and boutique hotel units. Turn Cleaners:

15-30 hours per week Lead Cleaner /

Inspector:

25-40 hours per week This is contractor-based work with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement as our company grows. Responsibilities Perform detailed turnover cleans for Airbnb homes and boutique hotel units Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces Make beds and reset linens according to company standards Restock guest supplies and amenities Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all assigned areas Follow property-specific cleaning checklists and procedures Upload completion photos after each clean Report damages, maintenance issues, or missing inventory Use Connecteam app to clock in/out and manage assigned tasks Maintain professional communication with management and team members Assist with occasional deep cleans or same-day turnovers as needed Lead Cleaner / Inspector Responsibilities (For Lead Cleaner Applicants) Inspect completed units for guest readiness Verify cleaning quality and staging standards Train and assist new cleaners Monitor supply levels and inventory Assist with scheduling coordination and issue resolution Ensure all properties meet BnB Ease hospitality standards Requirements Reliable transportation Smartphone with ability to use mobile apps Strong attention to detail Dependable communication and punctuality Ability to work independently and efficiently Weekend availability preferred Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and linens Positive attitude and professional demeanor Preferred but not required: Airbnb cleaning experience Hotel housekeeping experience Residential or commercial cleaning experience Hospitality or janitorial background What We Offer Consistent weekly work opportunities Flexible contractor scheduling Competitive hourly pay Growth opportunities into leadership roles Organized systems and support Professional hospitality environment BnB Ease Hosting is focused on building a reliable, professional operations team with long-term growth opportunities for dependable team members.
