Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common spaces, and hallways. Conduct detailed floor care procedures such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments to maintain surface quality. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to uphold health standards and prevent the spread of germs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when restocking is needed. Assist with special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning or deep sanitation tasks to enhance overall cleanliness. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial experience is highly valued. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation standards, and commercial cleaning practices. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or reaching as needed. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry processes and equipment operation. Prior housekeeping management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
