We Need You To:

Have previous paid residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, or similar cleaning experience Carry active general liability insurance or be willing to obtain it before accepting client jobs. You may also elect for Oak Hill Clean to establish the policy for you if preferred. Have reliable transportation Have your own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed for a specific job. Be willing to complete a background check Be legally authorized to work in the United States Have a smartphone for scheduling and communication Be comfortable working in homes with pets Be dependable and take pride in your work Communicate clearly and professionally

What You'll Do:

Provide detailed residential cleaning in private homes Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, and reset rooms neatly Make beds and complete light tidying as requested Follow client notes, service checklists, and Oak Hill Clean standards Communicate any issues, supply needs, or concerns after the service Treat each client's home, privacy, and belongings with care
