Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally Manage custodial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and operational Follow safety protocols related to sanitation procedures and janitorial practices to promote a safe working environment Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, especially in residential or hotel settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation standards Experience with laundry services and handling household or hotel linens Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies Housekeeping management experience is a plus for supervisory roles Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Join us in creating clean, welcoming environments where comfort and hygiene are prioritized!
