This position ensures guest rooms and public areas meet company and brand cleanliness standards while providing exceptional service and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel brand standards. Make beds, replace linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, mirrors, fixtures, and floors. Empty trash and replace liners. Inspect rooms to ensure they are guest-ready and report any maintenance issues promptly. Restock housekeeping carts with linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Clean hallways, elevators, stairwells, and other assigned public areas as needed. Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines. Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality. Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally. Work efficiently to meet daily room productivity goals. Assist with laundry or other housekeeping duties when required. Attend departmental meetings and training sessions. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, pushing, pulling, and walking for extended periods. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
