Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW
Housekeepers should be dedicated, caring individuals that are dependable, have flexible schedules, and can work well with a diverse group of individuals. Housekeepers maintain rooms and care for guests. Housekeepers should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, and should have the ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure safety and sanitation policies and procedures are followed. Safely transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens to assigned work area/guest rooms. Clean assigned rooms by priority and update room status on your device. Clean and sanitize toilets, showers/tubs, countertops, sink, and amenity trays. Replace bath, kitchen, and bed linens and make beds. Dust all furniture and fixtures. Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors and balconies. Report necessary maintenance items. Complete daily and weekly checklists through device. Turn all found items into Housekeeping Management. Other duties assigned by the supervisor or General Manager.
