The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the hotel's equipment and building systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, hands-on, and has a strong eye for detail, along with solid technical knowledge and physical stamina. ️Responsibilities:
Perform minor repairs such as fixing broken locks, patching walls, and touch-up painting Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to identify and resolve issues Install appliances and equipment as needed Complete routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs Inspect and troubleshoot building systems (e.g., HVAC, ventilation) Maintain outdoor areas including lawn care and trash removal Check functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarms) Collaborate with contractors and team members during repairs or renovations Report maintenance needs and completed work to the Chief Engineer (if applicable)Skills & Qualifications:
