Role Description Summary:
The Public Space Attendant is responsible for cleaning all public areas of the building after hours to refresh the facility for the next day.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Deep cleans facility: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping all floors. Dusts ceilings, walls, light fixtures, countertops, and loose furniture. Washes and dries windows. Scrubs and sanities bathrooms and kitchen equipment. Cleans all offices and other spaces as assigned. Empties and replenishes trash receptacles. Launders napkins on site. Reports items needing maintenance to manager. Assists guests and other team members as needed. Team Member may be required to perform other duties. Have Fun!
Requirements:
1 year of housekeeping experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Strong ability to provide attention to detail. Able to work with limited supervision. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds. Standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling. Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals. Must be able to move about the entire facility safely and efficiently. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Enjoy Having Fun!
