Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques. Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns with professionalism. Support janitorial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining storage areas in an organized manner. Assist with special cleaning projects like upholstery cleaning or deep cleaning to uphold hygiene standards. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued. Familiarity with sanitation procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Basic understanding of laundry processes and equipment operation is desirable.
