Requirements:

Ability to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards. Proven experience in guest services or a similar customer-focused role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment. Ability to stand, walk, and move (including bending, kneeling, and crouching) around for extended periods during the day. Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items, such as linens, supplies and guest luggage up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent degree, experience in hotel or a related field is a plus. Flexible schedule and willingness to work on holidays and weekends.
