Qualifications Education and Experience:

Education and Experience, 100%, for Preferred Service positions. Overview This position is responsible for daily requirements associated with housekeeping operations at the Fall Creek Falls State Park Lodge and Cabins. Responsibilities Assist with the daily housekeeping operations for the lodge and cabins. 2. Ensure the Lodge and cabins are cleaned based on established standards and guidelines. 3. Clean rooms and cabins using the proper equipment and cleaning supplies. 4. Assist with laundering linens and bedding when needed. 5. Report daily Maintenance needs to the Maintenance team regarding repairs needed for guest rooms and cabins. 6. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing friendly interactions and satisfying their special requests. Competencies (KSA's)
