Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Houseperson, where your energy and attention to detail will elevate guest experiences! In this vital role, you will support the cleanliness and maintenance of guest areas, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment. Duties Assist with the cleaning and upkeep of public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness standards. Support the housekeeping team by transporting linens, supplies, and equipment efficiently throughout the property. Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a spotless environment. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or assistance with housekeeping needs. Help with deep cleaning tasks, including carpet cleaning and window washing, to uphold hygiene standards. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during cleaning procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial work is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment. Strong understanding of hospitality standards and guest service principles. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift supplies, and perform manual cleaning tasks. Previous experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus.
