Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for guests and staff alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain spotless floors through regular floor care procedures such as sweeping, buffing, and carpet cleaning using industrial cleaning equipment Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Follow established protocols for janitorial tasks to uphold health standards and safety regulations Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues and address them promptly Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans of carpets, upholstery, or hard-to-reach areas as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure all housekeeping duties are completed efficiently and to the highest standards Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a focus on hospitality environments preferred Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet extraction Previous hotel or hospitality experience highly desirable for understanding guest service expectations Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance issues Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine retreats!
