Your Team Housekeeping is a core part of the Bolt Farm guest experience, not just a back-of-house support function. In Bolt Farm's operating model, the quality, cleanliness, and readiness of each treehouse directly protect the brand's premium positioning and shape the guest experience from the moment they arrive. You would be joining the onsite Ops Co delivery engine alongside other team members responsible for keeping the property guest-ready every day. The current housekeeping team includes lead housekeepers and housekeepers, with additional leadership seats still open as the team continues to evolve. Your Role As a Housekeeper at Bolt Farm Treehouse, you will help create the clean, polished, restorative environment our guests expect from a premium experience. Your work will directly impact how each stay feels, ensuring every treehouse is reset with care, consistency, and attention to detail. This is a hands-on onsite role for someone who takes pride in doing things well, follows standards closely, and wants their work to matter. It is well suited for someone who is dependable, physically active, and motivated by maintaining a high standard every day. Responsibilities Clean and reset luxury treehouses to Bolt Farm standards before guest arrivals Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency, completeness, and readiness Restock supplies, refresh guest-facing spaces, and report any missing or damaged items Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient housekeeping workflow across the property Communicate clearly with leads or managers about room status, maintenance concerns, or supply needs Use mobile tools or digital checklists to track assigned work and completion Support the team in delivering a polished, high-quality guest experience through consistent execution Handle cleaning supplies, equipment, ladders, and physical tasks safely and responsibly Minimum Requirements Reliable transportation to Whitwell, Tennessee Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, Tennessee Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, lift, and perform physical cleaning work throughout a shift Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and safely use ladders as needed Comfort using a mobile device or digital checklist system for task tracking Availability to work a schedule that may include weekends and holidays Nice to Have Previous housekeeping, hotel, short-term rental, or professional cleaning experience Experience working in luxury hospitality or other high-standard service environments Experience working from structured cleaning checklists or inspection standards
