Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain a spotless environment. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and convenience. Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning products for effective results. Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans of common areas as needed to support overall hotel operations. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods enhances your effectiveness in this role. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shifts. Previous hotel or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required.
