Duties Perform thorough cleaning of public spaces, hallways, and service areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance. Assist with furniture arrangement, room setup, and refreshment station organization to support guest comfort and event needs. Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues and report them promptly. Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and usage of cleaning products. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a secure environment for everyone on-site. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet maintenance. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable for understanding guest service standards. Familiarity with janitorial supplies, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
