The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience during their stay. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to provide guests with fresh supplies. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the room. Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks in guest rooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly. Assist in the cleaning of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms as required. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards. Skills Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor.
