In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or commercial spaces. Your attention to detail, proactive attitude, and customer service skills will ensure that every space you care for is pristine and inviting. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive living or working environment while developing your skills in cleaning, hospitality, and facility management. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing Maintain floors through proper care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products as needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines and supervising other cleaning staff when required Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to perform janitorial duties efficiently with attention to detail Experience with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation Previous hotel housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Join us to make a tangible difference in the comfort and cleanliness of our clients' spaces!
