Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces as required. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs to the supervisor. Follow established housekeeping management protocols to maintain efficiency and quality of service. Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition and used safely. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy items as needed during cleaning tasks. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding hospitality service.
