$15•16 per hour We are a well‑established property management company committed to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming communities for our residents. We take pride in our work and are looking for a dependable Housekeeper who shares that same commitment to quality and care. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, offices, restrooms, and community spaces Prepare vacant units for new residents (deep cleaning, dusting, mopping, etc.) Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas as needed Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management Keep cleaning supplies organized and notify supervisor when inventory is low Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures Qualifications Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work independently and stay on schedule Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day Benefits Through BG Staffing Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws Referral bonus opportunities About BG Staffing BG Staffing is a nationwide staffing firm specializing in the property management and multifamily industry.
